Abbey & Robb's Winter Wedding at Loews Hotel Mpls

Abbey and Robb's big day was a modern wedding with a holiday twist, which we loved! We're wild about Christmas, and hearing Abbey and Rob's vision got us giddy! From the evergreen accents to the sequin bridesmaid dresses, this was one gorgeous winter wedding! The crazy thing is, this feels like it was yesterday. But it was actually last year! We asked Abbey what the most memorial part of the day was for her. She said "We have known each other for so many years, and knew that our wedding was going to include a huge number of our mutual friends that we grew up with. Therefore, we had a goal of having this night be the ultimate dance party. We chose a venue that could accommodate our late-night wishes – our number one rule in choosing a venue was a place that would let us dance until 2:00 AM because we knew our friends would be up for the challenge. We found it in the Loews Hotel! The lighting and décor lent itself to the perfect late-night party atmosphere. Hands-down, our favorite memory was looking around at all of our friends and family tearing it up on the dance floor. We had an epic rendition of “Shout” including a packed dance floor, people doing the worm and other creative moves. By the end of the night, all the remaining dancers were doing hand-stands on the stage. We wouldn’t have had it any other way."

We want to also say congratulations to the lovebirds for just celebrating their first wedding anniversary (even though they've actually been together since high school, it's still worth celebrating!). Since we didn't share these stunning images with you last December, what better time than right before Christmas?
