COVID-19 Preparedness Plan

One of the biggest struggles for business owners right now is following an ever-changing set of rules, while also doing our best to serve our clients and employees well.

We love you and this industry so much- we want nothing more than to get back to events, to get our team back to work and to feel like we’re back on the right, forward-moving track.

Rosetree Events is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our planners and clients. To ensure we have a safe and healthy workplace at events, we have developed a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Planners and assistants are all responsible for implementing this plan. Our goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 at our events, and that requires full cooperation among our planners and clients. Only through this cooperative effort can we establish and maintain the safety and health of our planners and events.

Please know that we are very excited to resume weddings/events again and celebrate you, with new policies in place. We are held to these higher standards as a business and we are coming from the best place to keep you, your guests, our staff, and other vendors healthy and happy at your event.

We never would have thought that we would have to be so extremely careful in order to have a celebration/event.

We want you to know that we are doing everything in our power to make sure you can celebrate with your most favorite people in the world, whether this year or next.

Our planners and assistants are our most important assets. We are serious about safety, health and keeping our planners working at Rosetree Events. Planner involvement is essential in developing and implementing a successful COVID-19 Preparedness Plan.

We will also be in direct contact with all of your other secured vendors to ensure they have a plan for your event as well.

If you would like to download the complete COVID-19 Preparedness Plan, you can do so HERE.

We also want to share with you a quick highlight with some of the resources we’re following to ensure we’re up-to-date on the latest guidelines & government recommendations. These rules may change so please keep checking back with us or with the links below.
